Services include FREE double walled cardboard boxes, packing tape and marker pens. We also provide bubble wrap for your packing at a small charge.

What can I store?

You can store as many items as you like. We deliver FREE boxes in advance for you to pack your items in. We also store items and small pieces of furniture – as long as it’s packed we can store it for you.

Do you collect from my address?

Yes, we collect from private flats from the ground floor or the entrance of your block/reception area. For halls of residence, we collect and deliver items to or from the reception/main entrance areas only.

What areas do you collect from?

We collect from all addresses in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Dundee and St Andrews.

Can I have my boxes delivered to a different address?

Easy, if it’s within Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Dundee and St Andrews there is no charge. Out with these areas there will be an additional charge. We will work with our third-party carrier to organise on you behalf.

How am I charged?

We charge per box / item on a weekly basis. No surprises, you’ll know exactly what you are paying for when your storage begins. We don’t need an end date; we’ll store your items for as long as you need.

How do I book my storage with UniStore?

Simply book online via this website! We’ll take care of everything from there once we get a few details from you.

Can I choose when you collect my items?

When booked we will confirm your preferred box drop-off date and also your uplift date. Our driver will call approximately 30 minutes prior to collection to make sure everything is ok.

Is the storage expensive?

There are no hidden fees, once you select your collection requirements that is exactly what you will pay.

Can I add to my number of boxes?

No problem, just drop us an email and we’ll arrange for extra boxes to be delivered.

What is the maximum weight of a stored item?

Please try to keep the weight to a maximum of 20 kilos – we’d like to keep our staff safe!

Do I need to have everything packed?

You can make use of our packing service when you book online. Simply follow the quotation process and opt for packing.

How do I label my items?

Our boxes are pre-printed with a space for your name and order number for you to complete. We even supply you with a free felt pen. Labels will be supplied for any additional items.

A Simple Solution For Your Student Storage

We supply FREE double walled, unused boxes for you to pack. We also provide a FREE marker pen and FREE packing tape and a set of labels with your Name details and Order Number. We charge per box / item on a weekly basis and create an invoice covering the duration of your storage. With no surprises, you’ll know exactly what you are paying per week from the date your student summer storage begins. We don’t need an end date; we’ll store your items for as long as you need. Don’t worry, any unused full weeks will be refunded

2. Box Drop Off

We drop off the empty boxes for you to pack OR we can pack them for you (packing charges will apply)

3. Pick Up

We pick up your packed boxes and store them safely until you need them

4. Drop Off

We drop off your stored boxes upon your return at your preferred location which we cover. Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, St Andrews, Dundee – other locations will require a quote and will be based on weight.
